All of these are 'correct' depending on what the speaker wants to say.
'Anything else?' asks you to think and discover whether another matter needs to be dealt with. 'Something else?' means that you already know what else needs to be dealt with, and the person asking the question wants to know what it is.
'Here's the shopping you asked for, Mrs Jones.'
'Thank you. Oh, and ...'.
'Yes indeed, I need more tea as well.'
With the second set of replies, all these are suitable colloquial responses, but note that unless said with a very friendly manner, 'You will' is probably a threat or a challenge.
